Works great. packaging was very secure. it does a great job after the first charge.
מעסה צוואר וכתפיים אלחוטי – לישה עמוקה עם חימום
Item arrived undamaged in shipping package. After reviewing instructions massager was plugged into receptacle and after some difficulty it finally was able to be charged. Device would not maintain a charge even after several charging sessions. Device useless in this condition.

It arrived in perfect condition. I recommend not using it for more than fifteen or thirty minutes the first few times. The speed and intensity are adjustable. 100% recommended.
The product has arrived completely crushed, so much so that the strap is open. Terrible courier service.
First massage completed, I'll tell you one thing, the massager has a rechargeable battery inside, the rest is about the massage experience, it's awesome, I recommend buying these massage paddles.
They make a weird noise, but otherwise work well
Does what it says, kneading massage
So good it’s so good for you neck and shoulder best
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I have used it but it really doesn't provide any relief; on the contrary, it caused me discomfort and left me in pain. But maybe it's not for everyone. The seller was kind and eventually resolved my issue. Other than that, the product looks and feels like it's made with good materials and is exactly as shown in the advertisement photos, it's just that personally I don't think it's for me.
The product is very good, but the packaging arrived badly damaged.
The product made my wife happy.
You are doing great. It arrived super fast. Luckily, it took 15-20 calendar days and it arrived by Argentine mail. Finally, the email service in this country is working well. I hope they continue like this.
The product is exactly as described by the seller. It has good quality and massages really well. I think it has two or three pre-set massage modes and also a button that provides heat. Complete set.
It arrived in good condition, just as described. I haven't used it yet, but I hope it does the job as described.
I still haven't been able to use it in a way that makes the massage truly relaxing.
in perfect condition and fully functional
in perfect condition and fully functional, I bought a second one to give as a gift.
It's so good, i love it
Maybe the handles are a bit too narrow, but very useful.
Unit work, little hard to move up or down on your neck, wish their is strength adjustment, sometime it too strong ad hard on parts of the neck.
As described good quality materials and squeezes strong.
Great little device. Especially when you turn on the heat as well.
Great, but I had already purchased another device.
The neck and shoulder massager works surprisingly well for its size.
The pressure is strong, and the heat function really helps relax tight muscles.
It’s easy to use and great after long hours at a desk.
A bit bulky, but still comfortable to wear.
Overall, a solid buy for quick relief at home.
Very good. Just as i expected. Works very well
Everything as described in the auction. The shipment was well packed - the packaging was dented but the product was undamaged.
A pretty nice product overall. The idea of The grip straps works relatively well. Not perfect. Sometimes it feels like you need to hold the product closer to your neck. But it does a great job overall.
Arrived in a reasonable time. The 'box' is cheap and flimsy cardboard, which was already creased on arrival. I was expecting something much sturdier.
The massage action is very strong. The holding bands tend to loosen during the massage and the machine starts sliding down.
Works great i bought 2 one for a present one for the white elephant and everyone loved it and asked where i got it from
