When your head is in exactly the right place, it's comfortable. Is it foam or something that heats up inside? Still, i recommend some type of pillowcase. Lying on your side is also ideal; these bumps on the sides are specifically designed so you can place your hand there. It supports the head well, it does not compress. It may seem a little difficult at first, especially if you're switching from a standard pillow, but this feeling quickly disappeared for me.
It arrived well packaged and before the estimated delivery date. I bought 2 of these because they were at a very good price, half of what i paid for the one i currently use...and have had for about a year. Before purchasing this memory phone pillow, i used to wake up with a pretty stiff neck, among other things. Since i started sleeping on this pillow, i have had wonderful sleep and have not had any neck pain. I simply recommend that if you have problems with discomfort or pain in your neck or shoulders, you give this pillow a try. So good that i bought a spare one and another for my mother, who also has problems with her pillows and pain in the morning.

Great pillow, just a bit too low. I have to put another pillow underneath to sleep well. It's also a bit soft. But it didn't cost much - other stores in Poland sell the exact same pillow for 200 PLN. Overall, I recommend it!

I have always had severe cervical problems that often caused me headaches every time I got out of bed after a night; since using this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck pain and my shoulders feel less tense. The pillow supports my neck perfectly and its shape allows me to position my arms without the risk of squeezing them under the pillow. The quality of the pillow is excellent; it even has a washable cover. I use the pillow with extra covers because of its particular shape, which obviously doesn't fit perfectly. Aesthetically it's fine, in fact I take the pillow out when I go to bed. For the rest, I am very happy with my purchase! The price for such a pillow is practically a giveaway! Really excellent!!
