This is my second pillow. I have been using it for 5 years and it's the best I've found. However, you need to be careful with the plastic frame inside so as not to break it by accidentally putting your whole body on the pillow.

A very good product with structured shape and retains the shape well. Fast shipping. The down side - good lord it smells so bad when you first open it. It has to be placed outside for a few days. The smell must have been due to long term storage. I would buy again. Would be good if they sell covers for this product. Having said that, you can unzip and wash the exterior cover. This is a very good feature.
